Sentry Replacement Keys

PLEASE NOTE: The Sentrysafes Store, due to security reasons, cannot assist with replacement keys. You must contact a Sentry Customer Service Centre.

For replacement keys you will be required to prove ownership of the safe or chest and then forward payment with your proof of ownership to the Sentry Customer Service Centre. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT TO THE SENTRYSAFES STORE. Either email or telephone in the first instance to either of the following contacts.

Sentry Lock Outs and Codes
For problems with digital combination or mechanical dial combination locks and lost codes please contact the relevant Customer Service Centre listed below.
PLEASE NOTE: 99% of all problems with Electronic Digital Locks is due to low battery levels. Always replace batteries with a quality Alkaline battery before calling the Customer Service team. Even if battery lights are still showing the battery power may be insufficient to operate the locking mechanism. In normal use batteries should be changed every 6-12 months.

Sentry Safe Warranty
Sentry offers a full 24 months warranty within the UK for defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. This does not effect your Consumer rights.
