Delivery Lead Times

The safes and associated security storage products provided by the SentrySafes Store have despatch lead times that vary according to the product, quantity required and the delivery option. Approximate delivery times are shown for each individual product, but on average most orders are despatched in 1 to 10 business days, but always check each product individually on our store or contact us before ordering to avoid any disappointment.

Delivery Cost

All prices shown online include delivery to any address on the GB mainland for orders that are £50 or more. If you require delivery to either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland these are shown within the dropdown option boxes on each product page. We can also deliver and position plus bolt down a safe on the UK mainland at an extra cost, which can be selected as an option, if available. To enable us to offer an efficient service, which also complies with current best practice of Health and Safety we may require a delivery questionnaire completed by the customer before a installation is agreed,

Our definition of Delivery is as follows:

UK mainland - the delivery of most products with a weight of less than 70kg are shipped within 24 hours for a 1-2 day delivery by parcel courier while heavier items normally take 7-10 business days. All installations. irrespective of weight, take from 7-10 working days

Safes and cabinets weighing in excess of 70kg are delivered to your nearest accessible entrance unless stated on our website - the offloading of the order and movement into your building is the customers responsibility. We only offer this service in order to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible.

If a full installation service is required, which includes off loading, positioning and fixing within your building, removing packaging materials please select the option when purchasing, but if the destination offers restricted access, stairs, spiral staircase or marble foors contact us before ordering to gain a full quotation.

Ireland and Northern Ireland - For delivery of safes and chests below 70kg we offer a parcel delivery service, which delivers to your door only in 3-4 working days, while safes and cabinets weighing more than 70 kg are sent on a pallet delivery service to your door in 7-10 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a delivery and position or bolt down service outside the UK mainland

Alternative Delivery Address

You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply click "Add New Address" at the Delivery stage of Checkout and then select your alternative address.
